Is Josh Allen the Best Quarterback in the League Right now?

Josh Allen’s NFL career so far has been nothing short of impressive.

The 7th overall pick in the 2018 draft has already taken the Bills from mediocrity to Superbowl contenders in just over three years, they fell just short last year losing out to Patrick Maholmes’ Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship game.

Before Allen was drafted the bills did have a winning season and made the Play-Offs for the first time in 18 years.

But the Wildcard curse hit Buffalo once again, an obstacle they hadn’t got past since 1996 when they were defeated in the divisional round by the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Allen appears to of changed that though.

His gutsy play style is what makes him so good, he’s quick, he’s accurate with his passes and he’s fearless something which was showcased to the NFL in Sunday’s primetime victory Kansas City Chiefs, where the Bills ran out 38-20 winners.

Allen threw for 315 yards and 3 touchdowns in a masterclass on how to play on the road, especially against arguably one of the league’s best safeties in Tyrann Mathieu.

Allen does have some unbelievable weapons on offence with Stefon Diggs, Emmanuel Sanders and Cole Beasley, with the former two both being Pro-Bowlers.

That doesn’t take away from Allen’s performances so far in Buffalo though, he has managed to join the elite names of Peyton Manning, Aaron Rodgers and Drew Brees in putting up multiple 300+ yard games 4 passing touchdowns and a rushing touchdown in multiple games of an NFL season.

As mentioned earlier, he took Buffalo to a championship game last season, the franchise’s first for 27 years.

Allen is something special, could he be the man to take the Bills all the way and lead them to Superbowl glory.

You’d certainly fancy him to.
